I’ve been on a life-long journey to become more confident, feel enough, manage Imposter Syndrome and make authentic choices. So I am going to share some of the tools and resources that have helped me – chances are, they’ll help you too.

I’m starting with books, but will be adding to this page over time, so please do bookmark and check back later!

These are some of the books that have the biggest impact on my life:

Both of these books made me realise I there was an alternative to the 9-5 when I was burnt out and struggling with anxiety; they directly put me on the path I am on today and I am so grateful for them.

Be a Free Range Human – Marianne Campbell

4-Hour Work Week – Tim Ferriss

I read this book during the pandemic, and it helped me to develop healthier habits and manage my time more effectively. Clear’s Thursday newsletter is also one of the rare newsletters I read without fail – and enjoy reading.

Atomic Habits – James Clear

All of these books helped me with my journey of self-acceptance and to really tap into my authentic self, especially as an introvert. They’re also all written by badass, inspirational, women.

Gifts of Imperfection – Brené Brown

Quiet – Susan Cain

Professional Troublemaker: The Fear-Fighter Manual – Luvvie Ajayi Jones

The truth is I initially really struggled with this book, on several levels. But, upon re-reading it, I discovered how empowering it can be and it’s helped me make decisions and to navigate challenging times.

The Alchemist – Paulo Cohelo

This is a coffee table book that I browse when my anxiety is high or I am feeling low; I find it deeply comforting.

Read This til You Believe It – M.H. Clark
