Why Sam Sheppard?
Sam has over 20 years’ experience in Learning and Development: a former teacher, and Senior Lecturer in Education, she has been facilitating training, and providing learning consultancy, since 2012 and coaching to executive level since 2018.
She has worked with clients as diverse as HSBC, Heathrow, the Ministry of Justice, school leaders, Facebook and McCann Worldgroup, as well as SMEs, providing leadership and soft skills training.
Sam partnered with Google on their #IamRemarkable initiative, as their Global Training Specialist and Lead Trainer, helping facilitators worldwide to empower their communities and companies with their DEIB strategy.
Overall, Sam has facilitated workshops to more than 6000 individuals.
